30-day returns

Email sayhello@blesii.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Return condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and all parts. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Blesii covers reasonable return or replacement shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
